Returns & Exchanges
At Glade Optics, we want you to see the mountain with total clarity; if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unused items. We provide a streamlined process to ensure you get back to the slopes with the right equipment as quickly as possible.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
- 3.Ship Your Gear
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective films are still intact on the optics.
- 4.Processing & Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
